havent been in the gym since summer, this is my arm and forearm.

going to go into the weights later in march but so far im going to challenge# myself to get as brolic as possible just of a home work-out.

if i was in the gym i would give myself 3 weeks only.

lol exposed as a white dude. we dont use moisturizer it drys up black skin we use cocoa butter.

You need to do some chin ups too

Cant get brolic only working one body part

got no where to do them in this crib, could only do push ups and sit ups and some light weights.

cant skip rope because of neighbors, cant do pull ups im likely to snap off the cheap wooden doors, im quite limited without the gym.

thanks for the input, i will see what other home work outs i can add to daily exercises.

3 years deep, bout to drop a quick picture if i have time ... got to be out the door in less than 3 hours.

going to do a quick 50 knuckle push ups, might get some dumbells if coli want a challenge# and have a productive reason to check the site/updates.
