Introvert.

The video in the OP was cool but made it seem that being an introvert is just cut & dry and it's not like that. I watched a video awhile back about the different types of introverts. When I go back to some aspects of my childhood and even in my 20's, I was always shy/quiet around ppl especially those Idk. My mother stayed calling me anti-social when that never was the case.

I'll talk a lot if I find a certain conversation interesting, I hate when the phone rings, I don't like being in large crowds (at a mall) etc.

Ambivert. I don't really fit into either as I am one of the loudest people in real life with obnoxious confidence but I love being alone and reading to myself too. I wouldn't really say I have any close friends yet I know and easily interact with many. I know some people that call themselves extroverts but have little to no charisma at all unless they are drunk or high so I don't think that the term is that accurate.

Definitely an introvert... I can’t stand most people IRL, hate talking on the phone, usually like or don’t mind being alone...


But I think im close to ambivert. I can still get up and talk, teach a class, go out, etc.

Agreed. A common misconception is that introverts have a fear of public speaking or are antisocial. I have no problems public speaking, especially if it's something I really know about and I'm clear in my head about what I any to say. I also socialize as much as the next person.

But I'm not going to chat it up with a stranger as we wait in line or are sitting on the plane. And i don't like talking on the phone either,, even if it is a vagina

just because you're not completely socially awkward and can carry on a conversation about the weather doesn't mean you're an extrovert, and it doesn't have to mean you're not an introvert, a lot of people get it confused

Introvert and always been. Example, I go out to a party, club, etc. and when I'm there, I ask myself, why am I here. At times, I can't wait to go home. But I still enjoy going out and mingling though.

I guess I can say I'm a bit of both and don't realize it but definitely lean introvert. BTW, I also hate talking on the phone.

Depends, I'm fine with hanging with people I can get along with for long periods of time but I do like alone time.

Seeing all of these lames that take pride in hating conversation and promoting their feminine attitudes has pushed me out of having a totally introverted attitude however.

most people aren't both, but there are definitely traits of both people can have for a variety of reasons.

like i'm an extrovert, every personality test i've taken from childhood to now puts me there, but i have "introvert qualities" simply because of my personality and upbringing. i can be selective with who i talk to because i simply don't have patience for bullshyt/dumb people/people i feel aren't worth my time, i also like to recharge alone but that comes from being the only girl and the youngest in my fam (by a big gap)...it was sort of like being an only child, i knew how to be just as happy dolo as with people.
