I had the same problem but I figured it out. By default it's set to show only music that's stored on the phone. You have to disable that

Tap "All Playlists" to bring show the pop up menu then disable it at the bottom
How do you access your loved/saved albums and songs? That's the only issue I'm having right now.

Use the search terms "collaborations", "intro to", and "behind the boards" to find all types of playlists

I have long been a supporter of Apple, and iTunes, but this new version is unusable for me. It's gotten to the point that I can barely move my mouse in iTunes without getting a beach ball. It feels like they (Apple) has been moving in the direction of making it unusuable for ppl with large libraries for a while now, and it seems like they've finally achieved that. I've never, ever done this, but I'm probably gonna end up downgrading from 12.2 just so I can actually use it.

As far as Apple Music, I have zero interest in any of these streaming services, and boy am I glad I didn't activate that free trial, because with the problems ppl are having with iCloud Music fukking up their personal music collections, I might've killed somebody if that had happened to me. I have two different ways of streaming my music to me no matter where I'm at, and neither of them includes Apple, Google, Spotify or whatever else is out there. The fact that Apple is trying to force me into Apple Music is disappointing to say the least.

I didn't have any problems with my personal music collections when I activated iCloud Music. I think its because I didn't purchase any music from iTunes. Everything was straight download

That's good to hear. I'm not even gonna take that chance though. My library is huge, and I've put in ridiculous hours into getting it right. I'd go nuts if the app that is meant to deal with my music ended up being the cause of it fukking up.

Whatever the case, I just got rid of 12.2 and re-installed 12.1.2, and already I couldn't be happier. The fact that I can actually move around in the app without getting a beach ball every 2 seconds is :blessed:. I've never really had a problem with installing iTunes ASAP, but this experience has taught me to be careful about it in the future.
