flagship devices in the year of your lord, 2014 still using 8 megapixels :mjlol:

look.. and this is for everyone who thinks higher megapixels = better camera

this nokia phone has a 41 megapixel camera:

this is the canon EOS 5D mark III, with "only" 22 megapixels:

you can get the nokia for FREE with a new 2 year contract on any carrier right now.
the canon camera costs $3,400

by your logic (and zero knowledge of photography), all photographers should skip the canon and just get the phone because it has almost twice the MEGAPIXELS, which obviously means better pictures. same reason a 13 megapixel samsung camera OBVIOUSLY takes better pictures than a iphone camera with "only" 8 megapixels

right? :sas2:

This happens every year. Apple releases a new iPhone in September and then Google follows-up and releases the next generation of Nexus devices.

Nexus takes the hype away from the iPhone 6 by providing stock Android L, better hardware and a cheaper price while Samsung is about to release the Note 4/Edge which completely shyts on the iPhone 6's specs.

This is Apple's "honeymoon" period once it's January all eyes are on Samsung again.

this is absurd. i have the last nexus device, and at no point was it even close to being even top 3 android devices out. this shyt was trash, and so was the nexus 4. i guarantee the nexus 6 is going to be underwhelming. the best stock android device out right now is the moto x, a lot of reviewers are calling it the best android phone on the market right now and it's doing nothing to curtail this crazy demand for iphones :usure:

"Android users are deserting in droves ahead of iPhone 6 launch, trade-ins up 200%

Bloombergreports that Android phone trade-ins have increased exponentially since Apple’s press event, signaling that many Android users were just waiting for Apple to introduce an iPhone with a larger display."

i'm making the switch, mainly because the iphone finally has a bigger screen. the iphone 5s and every iphone before it had little bytch screens and didnt have the google apps that i wanted. now it has everything :blessed:

I've had both phones..well last iPhone I had was the 4 smdh...then transitioned to the GS3 and now GS5. I'd say I spent more money with the iPhone because having to put every song on my computer and transfer it over to iTunes and syncing and being stuck with only a certain amount of memory was a hassle. I personally like both phones for different reasons...the iphone's keep their value for some odd reason and everything is made for them. From stereo integration to sound docks etc. You have iPhone which is restricted with certain formats of audoo/video playback on the phone and have to convert it to iTunes format when android and others support it. One thing I do like about iTunes is they keep all purchases previously under my account vs play store which if you lose the purchase it's gone as far as I know. Each one has their differences though...

I have no problem using handbrake to convert videos for play mobile. MP4 ia really the best format anyways. All mobile players plays them well. No so much for divx and mkv

Why should you have to rely on hacks to set up your device the way you want?

Lamest argument I've ever heard. Changing your phone is changing your phone. Jailbreaking is no different than rooting. Adding a tweak is no different than adding an app.

I don't even know what to say to lame shyt like this. :heh:

I like iPhone. Had them for several years. Not into customizing my phone in the least. I like a simple layout, where everything is easy to find. When I had android, I just wanted a simple interface, but I felt like I was constantly trying to design my desktop to make it work with all the widgets and shyt. iPhone is good for me because I don't need all that. I understand why guys like the heavy customization options, but its not for me. Been with apple for about 4 years now and Im happy.
