fukk it, this was pretty easily one of the better disney+ shows. the first 3 kinda sucked, so i understand the hate. once the Hood started going big bad and dropped the lameass crew and Zeke became a B villain, and then _________ showed up, it was actually good. the fukkin crew sucked bad though, everything with them was shyt and i guess it was the growth of Riri's character and "needed" but man, fukk all that crap. stick with it if you bailed. shyt, i even kinda liked Anthony Ramos in the end, and i've always wanted that dude off my screen in everything else i've seen him in.

oh and i really like the little Doctor Strange girl. she's much better than fukkin whatsherface portal girl from that absolute bag of dogshyt, overrated garbage Multiverse of Madness

sidenote - every time i watch something new, regardless of how much i like or dislike it, my first thought is always, "why the fukk was Moon Knight such a piece of shyt?"

I really wanted to like this show but with each passing episode I disliked it more and more. The acting outside of a few people was wack. The plot was wack. Prior to this show I was indifferent about Riri's character but after that final episode I don't like her. They made her an insufferable character who took no responsibility for her actions.

That scene where she got angry at her mom for wanting to help her especially made me roll my eyes. I honestly can't think of too many good qualities that she possess. And that choice in the final episode :snoop: For a supposed super genius Riri's character sure is dumb :unimpressed:

Thats the point, shes supposed to be a flawed character without a redeeming character arc because shes not privileged or blessed with the resources that she feels that she needs. This has been emphasized throughout the entire show and in that final conversation.

Not defending the show per se, cuz I also think its mid, but yall are too used to cookie cutter resolutions and character development. This is a show that dares to show yall something different in that respect and yall lash out :mjlol:

More dangling plot threads to never be addressed again.
I definitely dont see the point of keeping Parker alive or in the series. They shouldve removed that post credit. But since they didnt, I think the plan is to let that be the lead in to the Strange Academy series/movie they are talking about making.

I think the plan is to have Riri die in a future project tbh.

And as far mephisto goes I imagine hell play a role in either doomsday/secret wars or midnight sons[/SPOILERS]

Watched all 6 episodes! Overall, I enjoyed it. I’m definitely looking forward to what will happen with Riri and suits that she’ll create. I also liked the ending of this! I’m just wondering how Meph will fit into the grand scheme of things.

That character that for years coli been anticipating….

just casually dropped on this show lol
I kind of like the drop here as it was so unexpected. I think putting him in WandaVision would’ve made that show even more complex as there was so much going on there. Putting him here, he has his own “stage” so to speak .

You can be a flawed unreedemed character and still be likable. There are plenty examples of that in the MCU. The punisher is one of the most obvious ones. Riri's character just isn't likeable to me :yeshrug:
