It's actually a good thing if you don't get anything back. Means you kept that money yourself this whole time potentially earning interest on it, instead of letting the government do the same with your money.

If you get alot back, talk to your payroll department and see what all is being deducted from your paycheck for taxes, chances are there is a tax deduction being applied that doesn't apply to you,.
