Son Nas did a whole interview after all those events saying how he’s tired of celebrating Illmatic. And Nas released a special anniversary edition of IWW on Vinyl, cd, cassette and Apple Music. He also had merch for it. I wish he would have a dedicated tour or show for it but still. He did something.
He did merch for it on his site. He remade Life Is Like A Dice Game. He also added bonus tracks like Silent Murder and Street Dreams with a bonus verse.Wow the label re released the album![]()
Nah. I play that album more than Illmatic.IWW has to be the biggest revisionist history by Nas stans

I HATE this shytOne thing I always wondered about a platform like "Earn your Leisure" is that they just had Robert Smith wealthiest Black person in the United States and founder of Vista Equity Partners (private equity that specializes in investing in software companies) and these guys have participated in Bloomberg Business panels plugging their podcast and mission.
Why do they have this type of ignorance and worst elements in their platform? Is it a way to portray their authenticity to a certain segment of the community? You are a business/finance platform you literally have merch labeled after a balance sheet statement (ASSETS OVER LIABILITIES) why are you having ignorant hip-hop/rap personalities in your platform with ignorant hood stories. If the show had been about understanding the business of rap or music then I am all for it.
But this ain't it especially after the momentum these guys have built.
He did merch for it on his site. He remade Life Is Like A Dice Game. He also added bonus tracks like Silent Murder and Street Dreams with a bonus verse.
Nas has continued to make music for over 30 years and was able to venture into other projects
Meanwhile black child, Cadillac tah, Charlie Baltimore , vita and a lot of murda inc artist has been missing

Nas is about to hit 50 in few weeks !!!
He should take advantage of this and the fact that we are still celebrating Hip Hop 50 and drop something out of the blue.
