Yeah, I got a big frame so I can do 275 lbs as much as I want without any real problems but it's not really necessary. Nowadays I do most of my shyt off of body weight and light weight - one-legged squats and shyt on body weight alone are more helpful for real life. Even back in my football days, if I could do it again I would have stuck at 365lbs dead lift, 275lbs squats and just done lots of sets of 10 or 15 with various technique mixed in.After numerous injuries in my younger days I limit all my lower body lifts to 225![]()
