I don't know about all those pros and cons and shyt, but a 6 year difference doesn't seem like that much of a deal to me.
Having two opposing perspectives on life due to age is the main potential issue, but that could happen between a 35 and a 42 year old. I dunno. I'd play it by ear without any preconceived notions so long as the two brains are genuinely compatible

1) the probability to find a relatively good minded girl is greater at 19 than at 27.
2) It's more easy to save a 19 yo hoe than a 26 yo one. After 25, it basically a wrap. It's like obesity, as you talk about it : more easy to lose weight when you're young.
You can put it how you want, but if you want to settle down, the younger the better..

It didn't say that : it's a general rule : the younger the better (regarding your own age).
If you're 24/25, you better looking for a 19/20 yo girl; you will stay with her for 4/5 years before thinking about marriage and if you do, you'll know what time it is.
If you're 28/29, you should looking for a 22/23 yo girl if you want to get married in the 3/4 years to come.
If you past those limits you're now dealing with hazardous material.

It's up to you to experience it and decide if it's worth it to you. You may get lucky or you may not. All people are different and in some cases their age just represents the amount of birthdays they've had. There is always room for growth as a person and I've seen many people in their late 20's, 30's, and even 40's act very childish. Age isn't the end all but should still be taken into consideration.
