This the shyt I was talking aboutI'm 6'1 and anyone who thinks 6 - 6'2 is tall is exposing themselves. You're taller than average but not amongst true tall people. 6'3 to 6'5 is the sweet spot.
I'm 5'10 and have been described as a "tall guy" the majority of times throughout my life. Even had girls guess my height to be 6 ft or 6'1 and I had to tell them my real height.Women suck at anything measurement relatedthis chick at work a few weeks back, was talking to another chick who was taller than her. Chick says she's 5'4. The taller chick asks me how tall I am and before I say anything the shorter chick says, "Rodney's 5'4 too". I got a good laugh out of it, we all did, then old girl walked over to me and took her shoes off, asked me to take mine off, and my shoulders and head are clearly at least two to three inches taller than hers...
I've never been measured at shorter than 5'6½, been measured as tall as 5'7¾ so I'm somewhere in that window...
But I've seen this before in life, women are repeatedly terrible at guessing anything measurement related...
I love when I'm in the grocery store and a chick looks up at the top shelf like, then looks at me like
, then says "excuse me, can you get that off the shelf for me
"
Then I reach for it and also hope she sees that I am not on my toes and my feet are planted firmly on the ground
Once you get over 6'3", clothes shopping starts to get more laborious and or more expensive. Mainstream retailers (Online and Brick and Mortar) will stock fewer items in your size, and those items will sell out faster. The same with shoe sizes over 13. Now if all you wear is athleisure then you'll have no problem, but if that's the majority of your wardrobe after age 30...
If I were 40 years old and 6'4" and never made any level of professional athlete, I'd feel like a major athletic failure. I'm only 5'10" and I have remorse over my younger athletic ambitions.
Saying being 6’4+ and not being a professional .02% of the population and feeling like a failure is crazy lol and shows lack of life experience… I played college ball got injured in my mid thirties im happy I can exercise everyday and have all my limbs and a great paying career…As a 6’4 breh it’s not that deep..I have no problem finding clothes but it honestly depends on your proportions…As far as athletics I ain’t gonna lie it use to really eat at me at times when I was in my 20s especially when I started to come into my own physically and had people asking me otr if i play..But you realize as you grow some shxt just wasn’t meant to be that’s just life though..especially when you come across other athletes who where/are more elite, you realize making it ain’t no simple process..
I wish some of you here wouldn't be dismissive of the shyt people have had to go through in their lives.Everybody a victim![]()
