This album came out over a decade ago breh, and she was kinda old to be a debut singer, she had 90's all through her veins.The things, there is still music like that being made but it's going unheard by the masses. Like I once mentioned before, Teedra Moses debut album
Is straight classic. Id put it up against any R&B album that came out over the last 20-25 years...the thing is noone in the popular music press talks about her/that album.
And good example would be Texans Taylor's album or even that song by sevyn steeter (don't kill the fun) they do good contemporary r&b keeping it would but also a bit upbeat.
The rest of these cats, I really dont understand why they decided to be so raunchy.
