i turned down a job in manhattan recently because they weren't doing relocation assistance and the salary was pretty much the same as im making here
ive seen some of the apartments in nyc around 2k most are shyt in shyt neighborhoods
my car would probably become useless
i rather move to LA fukk it

I'm talking globally. Whether it's NYC or the rest of the world, the path we are on currently is not sustainable. Maybe it will take more than ten years, but this economic model based on increased financialization is basically a huge ponzi scheme and will collapse at some point.

My moms used to pay 1200 a month to live in a small ass apartment in the worst ghetto in long beach. LA aint no better.
