Atlanta has all types of Black/Afrikan people, a dope BLACK arts scene , and has a MUCH lower cost of living.

Cheap rent in Harrison? Whenever I ride though there on PATH I only see those fancy luxury apartments, and the rest is industrial.

Theres affordable apartments on the other side of town closer to the 280 or 440 highways.
