I think there is a difference between a woman that loves you and is clingy. Clingy means that she won't let you breathe, she calls and texts you every moment you are not by her side and that she questions every non relative female relationship you have and that speaks to insecurity, the key is to balance the need for a space and togetherness to maximize a potential relationship.

There are people who need more space and independence in relationships than others. A person who loves them will understand that, or likely be on the same wavelength in the first place.

I don't think aloofness or being clingy necessarily says a person has issues. I'm not clingy, I'm aloof, but I show love in a different way. People show love in different ways. Be it constantly wanting to be around a person because you enjoy their company or doing the opposite but showing you care by doing things you know they would feel good about. Just like being affectionate, not everybody is affectionate.

I'm a big believer in astrology.......if you're into looking at natal charts you can see the different ways of what people might find attractive or how people love (based on their venus sign, the sign on their descendant, their sun sign (the sign that people typically associate with your sign in astrology)

I'm an Aries sun with Venus in Aries (there's a picture of rihanna on the page, she also has this Venus in Aries placement to give you an understanding of how it can manifest.....constantly switching mates, etc.
