It can’t be compared to old world France.

Culinary is on a different level out there. Let alone the quality of the produce.

Folks in NOrth America don't realize the lax food guidelines and the shyt that companies are allowed to put in foods and feed animals in comparison to the rest of the world. The EU guidelines for produce and raising livestock are strict and that creates quality.
