What I like about French food is that it's rich, delicious, and I don't feel like shyt afterwards.

The best American food can’t hold a candle to the best Michelin starred French food I’ve had in France.

Love soul food and southern fried anything, but there’s no technique behind any of it compared to what’s put in to produce a fine dining meal overseas :manny:

Deep frying is a Scottish technique
Breading any protein, chicken, fish steak is a French technique
Even apple pie is an English dish.
James hemming got macaroni cheese from the French who got it from the Italians who’s had it since the Roman days. James Hemmings learnt French technique when he went to FRANCE @cheek100 and @*DalMem* Also if you want me to donate my coli bucks or set up some kind of charity for you we can arrange something; Instead of stealing my duckets over something that hurt your feelings. You may need to deep dive into your culinary history bruh. America is a very new country filled to the brim with immigrants every food comes from somewhere.

The thing I love about French food is you have immediate access to the best bakery food anywhere, nonstop morning until night. The stereotypes about French people eating baguettes all day are true, and that shyt is good. Doesn't bloat you either like most American bread. Those people are eating carbs all day yet aren't flabby.

In terms of other food and restaurants it's really up to your taste. We're always gonna have some of the top tier restaurants in the world because everyone comes to the US. Does France have better Italian or French-style restaurants than the US overall? Yea. They prob have better Mediterranean and Arab food than most parts of the US. You can get top tier kebabs in many US cities but I'd say it tasted better when I was in France. We win when it comes to Mexican food and soul food, which are my favorites.
