Is anyone else willing to pay more to avoid patronising business with bad customer service

Yup. I refuse to give my business to that shyt and have totally stopped patronising a couple of business after a while because of that.

On the other hand, I've been served by people who I could tell were having a bad day but they still did their best. I'll continue to support those ones.

Also, I pay a ridiculous amount for my haircuts because of my need for consistency and good service. I refuse to go the cheapo $25 dollar route just for barbers to not be in when I'm ready, or for barber to not answer my phone msgs, or to be treated rudely, or to be forced to talk about stupid sht while in the barber chair.



I also prefer fancy menswear spots (1000$ suits/ $600 blazers) because the service is so damn good that I could literally cry when leaving the store. I ain't never going to a men's warehouse again...
