Just get off it. For 2 weeks you'll be mad and testy as fukk but it's worth it when you start to mellow out again.

Plus as a woman I couldn't orgasm on prozac. I had so many struggle nuts it was sad. Even when I finally came I was like :manny: it was terrible!!

sex isn't the same for me, i can nut & a nut is a nut, but ehh nvm. i already been on it for like 6 weeks. I don't want to take this sh1t for the rest of my life and risk the side affects being permanent.

its simple breh, all it really comes down to is sitting down on a chair, closing your eyes, breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. Hold your breath for a few seconds. Focus on the area between your eyes (top of your nose). Try not to let any other thoughts get in your head. You'll notice how hard it is, because as soon as you close your eyes, you'll have a ton of thoughts flood into your head, but once you meditate regularly, you'll notice that you can kind of "shut off" those thoughts:obama: and that shyt helps you SO much in real life

I used to look down on it, but I know dudes who have taken them and felt a lot better

it's easy to suggest alternatives methods for dealing with depression, but you don't always know how severe the depression is for the person. If you got a dude who's sleeping 10-14 hours a day and experiencing huge loss of confidence and anxiety and other severe symptoms, he ain't really trying hear that go out and have fun shyt

it really is a sickness and sometimes can be just one aspect of another, more serious, mood disorder.

I suggest speaking with a professional and getting a proper diagnosis. At least if you can properly identify what you're going thru, it will give you a better foundation to deal with it

I stopped taking those nearly two years ago....I used to be on fluoxetine and I'm glad I gave those up.

In my personal experience, taking organic herbs like mimosa tree bark (the best imo), kava kava, st johns wort and valerian root works wonders...they work just as good as any anti depressant, there's no side effects and you don't get withdrawal symptons when you stop taking them.

Also, like somebody else said meditation helps too. Find some classes that teach you how to do it properly.

I take a very low non therapeutic dose of Zoloft (25mg) and that shyt has me smooth as hell...hardly any worries and a "oh well" attitude for most situations...no side effects

It don't do shyt really except give you ED and make your flaccid shrink.
