Horizon Forbidden west is a game for all generations which means it's only possible is it's last gen friendly. Lots of next gen features had to be cut for it to be the same game across the board. Unless your think anything next gen can be done on last gen systems?
Forza Horizon 5 is a racing game (easiest genre to convert) created by the people who know how to scale. That's what we do on the Greenerside, console was designed to do this like how a PC does it.

how, you don't need a powerful capture card to capture ps5 gameplay in high fidelity
in order to do capture pc gameplay without losing quality you need powerful hardware, so the game won't crash why you're a recording, my setup is powerful enough where I my GPU can record while I play without losing anything

Rachet and Clank has a more detailed world than Sonic Forces on PC because it's a new game
but the on max settings Sonic Forces has higher graphic fidelity, the shadows, etc everything looks more 3D alive especially in motion, as well as far more clarity the in game and the cut scenes have more detail in rachet and clank than the gameplay, but Sonic Forces on PC all the cut scenes look like shyt compared to the in game graphics because they are rendered at the consoles settings

I would upload videos so you could see PC games in motiom because most youtubers fake the funk and they don't really have the hardware and pay people on fiver to give them videos to upload
but the file sizes are too big for me to upload and perserve the max fidelity

There's more detail in the sand in the sonic pic than anything anywhere on that rachet pic
or don't have a 4k screen

The rachet clank has more detail becuase it's a newer game but lacks the graphic fidelity, you can see it clearly in the pictures, The sand, the pipes in Sonic PC look like 3D objects you can touch, Rachet and Clank looks like 24fps movie
