If wealth and opportunity is the metric, theres no place like PG county

:wow:I keep telling folks that it's like the promise land for black folks.

  • Decent living conditions for black folks
  • Amazing education system with good status of graduates
  • Opportunity from clerk to CEO
  • Friendly environment
  • White folks got no other choice but to respect the hustle:banderas:
This argument of ATL>>>all is stupid when it's in a shythole state of Georgia, where there's still sundown cities, Savannah being an embarrassment for black folks to even live in, and all sorts of bullshyt that made me glad I escape such a hellhole. Just because rappers like TI big the place up to that stature, doesn't mean that ATL is the mecca of black excellence. It just means that it's a decent place to try your best among the countless others that get spoon fed such bullshyt:mindblown:.

I remember when i lived there, i was amazed by the number of rich black people i saw. like if an expensive car pulled up next to me at the light there was usually a black person sitting in the drivers seat. or if i go through an expensive suburb i'd see black families living there going about their lives. It was a very inspiring scene in my childhood. Plus the added allure of the city looking very modern, glossy and new, compared to ohio where i lived before and live now, cincinati and youngstown the cities are made of brick and look old and run down.

Coming from Louisville as an 11 year old, it had that same affect on me. I’d never seen a place up until Middle school where black professionals were treated with so much respect and value. Atlanta attracts those blacks who actually stride (rather than the broke nikkas who wanna come simply front like they have it) from decrepit cities, and they often do.

Probably the closest thing to Wakanda that I ever been too. I seen so much black excellence from tourists to workers, it was something out of an Outkast song:wow:

COVID-19 done did a number on National Harbor.:francis:

So many layoffs man.:mjcry:

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
You sound shocked but it should make sense considering Atlanta is home the countries highest number of black millionaires.
I don't see bently's or lambo's driving around in ohio. and when i do, usually its a white person driving.
Atl also home to most black owned businesses. so you see youself represented more in that way too.
It's not some big reach.

I didn’t know ATL had the most black “millionaires”.

As a Matter of fact I’m having a hard time researching where the highest cluster of black millionaires live.

But if you do have a source then please share it with me.

I can't find a link to an article but when i google "What city has the most African American millionaires?" it says Atlanta in google right at the top.

I've never been to Atlanta, but it sounds like way too much fukkery. Too many transplants with sociology degrees who end up being broke then start scamming, stripping, or selling.
