Bmore is complicated tbh. Certain parts of the baltimore area are similar to PG. Middle class black families with bad chicks are in areas like Owings mills, Randallstown, gwynn oak, woodlawn, infact you only see middle class black families.

Unlike east side of bmore county where you see alot of dusty black and white people.

City wise west baltimore has more black people than east side. Better looking girls too.

Northeast Baltimore in my opinion has the best looking black women. I'm kinda bias since that's where Im from.

I think for African Americans on the East Coast, there's a continuum of accents from south to north. Which makes sense since the African Americans living in the northeast are only about a generation or two removed from Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, yet I've been told I sound "southern" by West Indians and Latinos

But that's why people don't think there's much to do here because they've never even heard of some of those neighborhoods, but they exist.

That's not true. Charles and Calvert Counties in southern MD have a lot of black folks. Frederick and Hagerstown also have a lot of black folks out west. Matter fact I have a bunch of family in Frederick

it does but I guess I was talking about areas on the Southern Eastern shore. I know Salisbury has blacks but that area is majority white to me. As far as Frederick and Hagerstown, the black population is small to minuscule. About 12,000 blacks in Frederick, even less in Hagerstown, and I won't even bring up Cumberland.
