Cam has had a good NFL career but he's not even close to being a HOFer. He gets into the College HOF easily though

He's a Hall of Famer In College Football and The Carolina Panthers (equivalent which I guess is the ring of honor)

But no I don't see him making the NFL Hall of Fame, perhaps had he continue his peak from 2015

If he got the ring against the Broncos he would have at least been a legit candidate. But he didn't and has missed a lot of time since then. So he has no chance unless he finds a team he can start for and play another 3 to 5 years.
