I ain't say it was the G.O.A.T. song, or that it was Nas' best song (it's definitely a contender). IMO it's Nas song where he went off the most with the flow and lyrics I prefer One Love over NY State of Mind just on Illmatic. Personally I think Pac's G.O.A.T. song is Keep Ya Head Up or Hail Mary.
What crazy is that The Pope actually loves 2Pac's song "Changes" and it was his 12 Favorite list......

The Lawz held their own, but that really shoulda been 3 verses of Pac. It prolly woulda been more recognized as his most prolific work. That 3rd verse was literally what he stood for and what he wanted to get across shyt still relevant as it was then.
smh, a lot of classic Pac joints got ruined by the Outlawz. Still I Rise OG comes to mind...
