I hold the door open for just about anyone.
Do I feel it's important to hold the door open for women specifically? No.
Do I feel like women deserve special treatment or should be treated differently. No; however, there are certain circumstances as to where I won't treat women the same as a man. For instance if a woman attacks me I won't try and harm her where as opposed to a man doing it I'd attempt to knock him out. With that being said, I only treat women differently when it's necessary and I don't feel like it's important for men to hold the door open for women, so to treat all human beings with the same ammount of respect I hold the door open for anyone.
