If he can be productive and stay healthy for the next 5 or 6 seasons I can see him getting in.

If Grant Hill & Tracy McGrady(two players who prime was cut short due to injuries) could get in I see no reason why Rose couldn't.

If he plays the way he did last year for the next 3 to 4 years then he should be guaranteed a spot. He may not be first ballot but he's definitely done enough.

EVERY NBA MVP is in, or going to the Hall of Fame.
That's because every one of those guys has proceeded to have hall of fame careers, not because the MVP is a default guarantee to Springfield. There's a first time for everything. That's what makes Derrick Rose a tragic figure.
