What Salary cap mess did he make?

And The GM may have done a good job in the past that doesnt mean that agree with the future of the franchise

We're living in the salary cap mess he made right now lol what kind of question is that

And we know that wasn't the reason that Gilbert fired him

Basketball success wise yes he has a championship and he purchased the team in what 2004

Business success wise extremely successful because his company quicken loans owns the arena and he's never lost money on the team also when they won he didn't pay for the parade

Well Bron holds them hostage by signing one year deals year after year and tells them who he wants on the team.it's why they're old as dirt cause Bron wants vets and they've traded away ever young player they've had for some old nikkas hes cool with.
Then why won't he just trade the pick then? :usure: By your logic and all...

And the reason LeBron is "holding you hostage" is because your team and management had SHOWN they were HORRENDOUS during his first stretch there. If this were the Spurs organization or the Golden State organization, this whole "holding us hostage" thing wouldn't even be a problem. Did you hear the Warriors group being all p*ssy last season because Kevin Durant and Steph Curry could've possibly opted out and left in the offseason? No, because they, as an organization, knew they were solid and therefore had confidence/belief from that. The Cavs ownership knows it is trash so that's why they have no confidence in their ability to keep LeBron. :yeshrug:

Rebuild with Bledsoe and no pick?
It's called risk/reward breh.

You're risking having to rebuild with Bledsoe and no pick. The potential reward would've been winning a championship. Your organization/team has been CONSISTENTLY trash throughout league history, with your main bright spot being when the guy who is "holding your team hostage" has been there. You don't think you'd wanna keep him around? :usure:

And even IF he leaves, and you're left with Bledsoe and no pick, guess what's gonna happen? You're going to be trash NEXT season and end up with a top 5 pick in 2019 anyway.

Can y'all explain how he is a bad owner? Any Owner that pays that type of luxury taxes can't be a bad owner. Firing a GM that you don't agree with doest make you a bad owner.

A bad owner is OKC's owner that breaks up a team that just went to the chip cause he wanted to save money.
Owners are like coaches, they don't really matter.

Will rep this post later but thats the flip side of this “bron is all to blame” narrative.

Yes Bron was a huge catalyst in the downward spiral the franchise is in but Bron was able to seize control because the Cavs have NO SORT of culture or figureheads to stabilize the team.

Even forgettable franchises like Portland and Indiana have more franchise culture, stability and leadership than Cleveland.

And that falls on Dan Gilbert. I mean shyt the Bulls had no success before Jordan and couldve caved like bytches but the Reinsdorfs had a dog of a GM in Jerry Krause and of course Zen as coach. They built up a competent and confident organization/culture that was respected by the players.

Uh... Bledsoe is not good enough to build around.
