I myself was 17 when i graduated HS but there were plenty of 17 yr old juniors who turned 18 when they graduated as seniors.....depends on what time of year you were born. Truthfully is it wrong per say, that depends.

I mean legally some states have the age of consent at 17 while others do not.

Also it's one thing if the dude is actively seeking out high school aged girls cause that's wrong but if he meets a girl and he ends up finding out she is 17 and it's legal in that state then imo it's not wrong.
