yea cuz 7ft freak athletes had no role 20 years ago. He would've been a beast back then . nikkas forgetting that Mutombo had 0 offensive game. Half the league had scrub centers that were only there for rim protection. Jordan would've been a better version of that. nikka was grabbing like 20 boards a game for a stretch last year.

It is, but the center position (much like SG) has lacked that true transcendent player. Like my mans tre said - Towns will make sure that's taken care of.

Just because the C position doesn't have a great player (KAT will fill that void soon), doesn't mean the league is "watered down". We've got the best crop of PGs and SFs right now than any other period in NBA history.

I forgot to mention AD missed out on being selected altogether (no 1st, 2nd or 3rd team).

Those #s would've landed him on the All-NBA 1st team during T'Mac's time in the league. But I thought the league was watered down though...
