He'll be a 20 ppg scorer again in the NBA. You can see that the skill and athleticism is still there. He's just rusty from not playing for a while. And he may struggle this season and only score in the high teen's while he works his way back into shape but eventually he will get close to the level that used to be at. As long as he suffers no more injuries.

if he scores in the high teens while upping his assist #'s to near 10 per game would be a great thing. if he doesn't need to score 20+ppg anymore, that means the bulls will be that much better cuz there will be contributions from gasol, noah and mcbuckets.
