mike and mike convinced me that he was, his stats are better than jim kelleys

colin cowherd said if you let him in you would have to let hasselback, romo and phillip rivers in :wtf:
yea the shyt been a big topic this week

i say he gotta get it

but the losses and failure to win the big game is crucial

thats why its hard to just go off stats

cause the nikka statistics are top notch

but where are the true accomplishments

Yes, he is well balanced in his accomplishments and is somewhat underappreciated for what he achieved.

Best QB in Eagles history.

borderline...will probably take a while.

Jim Kelly would probably the closest comparison....but in retrospect he got respect for the 4 straight SB losses from the voters, which Mcnabb doesnt have on his resume.

I always said no until I saw his numbers in perspective. The worst thing is people like mike and mike who aren't :mjpls: racist are willing to give him the nod for his accomplishments, but cacs will say he only gets in forbeing black.

Great example of a white person vs a cac :bryan:

:dahell: race has nothing to do with it
it has everything to do with it, especially as a QB.

He has better numbers than Jim Kelly without anywhere near the same talent as Kelly had on offense. Yet Kelly was a 1st ballot HOFer and McNabb is being compared to Rivers and Romo.

It's utterly hilarous that this is even a question. His numbers and team accomplishments stack up with multiple guys who are in.

Of course the ATL
Based on the era he came up in, where decent QBs passed for between 3500-4000 yards & 30 TDs with ease, McNabb never passed for over 4000 yards, only passed for more than 30 TDs once & only had a QB rating over 100 once in his career. Comparing McNabb to Jim Kelly makes no sense, very different era for QBs. Compare him to his contemporaries, Peyton, Tom, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Favre. I think McNabb was a good QB with moments of greatness, but he's not a Hall of Famer to me

He also had a relatively short career...again he was good and sometimes very good but never really consistently great
