Bro hasn’t even made it to a conference finals, he had a couple stinker series early in his career but since the Bubble he’s been damn near flawless in the playoffs and still can’t win shyt :mjcry:. Probably one of my favorite players of this era, and he does elevate teams ceilings but it’s like damn can be the guy

Even though they were in different drafts, I wish Mitchell had landed in Denver instead of Utah. He'd have at least two titles right now.

Mitchell's had some shyt luck the past two postseasons. He was killing Boston last year and got injured (not saying Cleveland would have won the series).

Indy was just a team of destiny this year. The way they lost game two had to be heartbreaking for him. Had the entire team on his back while Garland and Mobley were kee-keeing with injuries on the bench.

Unfortunately the narrative about Lamar not winning big games is becoming harder to shake.

I still think Lamar has never been given a strong receiving corps to be truly successful for a postseason run.

Having a good TE is a great asset for any quarterback, so kudos for Mark Andrews. But Hollywood Brown, Zay Flowers, D’Andre Hopkins, Rashod Bateman, Odell Beckham Jr…

You’re talking about 2 undersized WRs, a 1st round bust, and 2 washed up players…that’s what he’s had to carry for the last few years.

I’m sorry but Lamar needs more than that.

It's a paradox, but a compartmentalizing of various circumstances that lead to less than stellar results when the contests aren't of regular season intensity or lack thereof. Substantial gains in roster analytical output have helped, but playoff matches aren't won analytically, but with emotionally driven basketball and who wants it more. Mobley has been very preventative against opposing teams' offenses, but he must take a more skillful leader role of offense. Demanding of the ball should be his card of calling next season. Mitchell turning into more of a guard of point would exponentially raise the floor and ceiling of Ohio and Cuyahoga county's Cleveland Cavalier profession basketball squadron.

The only problem with that notion is that it complete overlooks and deflects blame for Jackson's own performances and lack thereof in the postseason. Mahomes did it last year with a washed Kelce and other lesser receivers.

Great and elite QBs are supposed to elevate the talent around them when it matters most. At some point, you just have to get it done especially with some of the defenses that the Ravens that have been trotting out there and holding their own.
