Is drake gonna reply to Hov as man, or more sneaky passive aggressiveness?

To be fair, you have to be clever enough to make subliminals and have it work. It's easy to say "fukk that nikka, that nikka ain't me!" (Word to Soulja Boy), but it's much more impressive when you're slick with it. Drake learned from Jay, so if you're dissing Drake for this, you're kinda more or less taking a dig at Hov for the same thing as well.

Meek was as blatant as you can be, and caught Holy Hell from the world. The only real tracks you can say Drake ever really took direct shots at someone would be Back To Back and maybe Stay Scheming. Maybe Draft Day as well. Are subliminals cowardly? Depends on the school of thought you come from, but I still think you'd have to be pretty bold to even write those lines, knowing how Hip Hop is when it comes to stuff like that.

I agree. You have to be witty and crafty to send shots under the radar. It's like airing someone out with an automatic weapon making a bunch of noise and leaving a mess everywhere or an assassin hit with a silencer in and out real clean and leaving a calling card near the body.

Weren't nothing passive aggressive bout them igotthekeys shots.
What were the shots in IGTK?

Edit: You think that slaves in 2016 line is about Drake? Yeah, Drake is signed to Rap-A-Lot and Cash Money but dude is far from a slave. He's raps highest earner in this generation. He's caking crazy off Apple/Jordan alone.

OP again with Drakes dikk 2 stepping in his tonsils :scust:

I Got The Keys might be the most underwhelming track of the year considering how :gladbron: it was to hear Jay and Future were doing a track together....

It's not really a fair battle. Drake is in his prime while Jay is far passed.

:stopitslime: The same youth that stay quotin his shyt?

Hov longevity means somethin real. Drizzy is fast food at this point.
Don't count Drake out. At this point, he's basically seven years in the game as a big name. For hip hop in this day and age, that's a long time. That's black album Jay.

Doesn't really matter at this point tbh

Jay will still wash him.
Coli so delusional. You can honestly listen to Magna Carta and tell me he can wash anything?

I'm not saying he couldn't do it, but people act like Jay is just some god sparing Drakes life at this point, when it isn't like that.
