Yeah, there were people who didn't fukk with his music, but with his persona he was loved everywhere among people (excluding politicians and those who didn't like his positive message but nobody is universally loved in that sense anyway). He did social and political commentary, he was militant, he sent a message to the world, Drake doesn't even think on that level, it's not even fair to compare, I like Drizzy but there is a very very slim chance he becomes a legend at Pac level. It's fair if you think he does, but I don't see it honestly.
