It's a known fact Austin was on his way out of the league until his father traded for him. Go and look at his numbers before he got that Clippers stimulus package.

Grayson Allen will not stick in the league. The fact that you're going so hard for a mediocre player says a lot about you :mjpls:

Please, tell us what Grayson Allen, a guy with no position, no jump shot and no athleticism can bring to the table for an NBA franchise. He's not even as good as Nik Stauskas or McDermott, let alone a real contributor in the league.

It seems like you've moved the goalpost already because I'm sure before this season you were telling everyone how he's a lottery pick and a starter in the league. Now it's but "but but he's hurt, he'll stick in the NBA" :bryan:

what do you mean no athleticism? he's one of the most athletic guys in college basketball when healthy

We don't know that. What we do know is guys like Reggie Bullock are trash and no one says a word. Why? Too bad Cheese Eyes couldn't keep PJ Hairston big ass in the league any longer. He tried, but it got too obvious.

It says I'm a basketball fan and I can identify a guard who'll stick in the league.

So, you just threw out two NBA-level things he does have and asked me to prove how he'll stick without those things? Let's just wait until the combine and workouts to address those things. No use in debating about it now. The numbers will be the numbers.

I know I said he'd be a first rounder, but I don't recall the lottery pick stuff. Not with all these point guards. He could have gon lottery last year, but he had other ideas.

right. and you're saying he won't stick. we'll see who's right.

Uncertain grounds
Luckily we have too many guards in Boston. He is the type ainge likes tho. He takes a liking to those with a lot of hype early but fell off for whatever reason as "value" gets. Sometimes they pan out (bradley) sometimes they don't (telfair). He is kinda comparable to Ainge as a player in some ways too. The more I think about it the more I fear the worst

He's not even the best CAC guard on that team

Says less about him and more about other top schools being unable to develop cac guards. Duke gets them to the league. Where else Kennard going to becoming a first rounder? Not UK. Not KU. Not UNC. Not UCLA.
