it's not the prices regarding the Nets. Tickets are not hard to come by.

1. Still a Knicks city.

2. Yankees, bytch.

3. The people that really wanna go, can't afford to.

4. New Yorkers nowadays think they're too cool for shyt. We don't root for shyt anywhere. At concerts, at games, We have to be the most jaded, bored, mehhh group of people in the country.

Only at Wrestling events the NY fans are rowdy.

Breh the Nets are a brand new team. There really are'nt any Nets fans. They were a Jersey team before.

Anyone who is a Nets fan is likely a brand new fan (and mind you at lot of the people here in BK in this area are really transplants and out of towners) or a jaded Knicks fan.

And NY fans still go dumb hard...it just depends on where you're at

Knicks games, Rangers games, Giants games....this NY don't give a fukk stereotype is unsettling

I miss going to Yankee stadium with my goon crew of niqqas with bottles on Henny in our back pockets and shytting on players and fans alike to our heard content.

My boy is 6'4 260 pounds making fun of a fan in front of us screaming out "COSTANZA!!!" having dude looking :lupe: all game.

I miss that element from the stadium. Now I go to games and my right year old son is asking me to take him to the sushi bar. :wtb:

eww sushi bar..what kinda hipster shyt is that?:snoop:...what happened to good old new york hotdogs?:why:

I mean..it is only year 2. The fanbase in Jersey wasnt exactly rabid and when you factor that along with prices, and a team that just found its personality...this is what you get.

Gentrification is responsible for the death of NYC Hip Hop, Streets, Lifestyle, Brooklyn, The New Yankee Stadium, and the overall vibe of the city is Iowa status.
sad :smh:

do they still play stick ball in the streets or open the fire hydrants in the summers? @NYC Rebel @tremonthustler1

are nikkas even allowed to post up on the stoop and cat call the bad light skinned jawns from the neighborhood? :why:

this might be true with the 80s/90s NY Sports scene. but not in 2014 when 75% of the people in the city going to games, walking the streets etc are from Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri.
