I don't like the use of the term "racism" ...now "systemic racism" is about as close as I can vibe with as a means to analyze our plight. I'm not concerned that someone in mongolia is "racist" against African peoples because Mongolians don't don't have the political, economical, military, academic, and cultural leverage to impact African peoples. Likewise I don't care so much about "racism" from Europeans as much as I care about Europeans ability to leverage their political, economical, military, academic, and cultural systems to undermine us. Once that leverage is brken I'd wouldn't care less about what they thought one way or the other ...same as the hypothetical Mongolian.

To that end my take has always been thus...
Whatever people conceive of as "racism" is simply the effects of one of the above not being completed.
Example:
In response to being enslaved on a plantation I'm not worried about ending some abstract notion of "racism" I'm worried about ending the laws, commerce, and enforcement mechanisms that make up the slavery system.
In simple terms "racism" is to sloppy and imprecise a term for me to use. It reminds me of when activist yell for "justice" but can't name one specific law they want changed, created, or abolished.
