maybe backseat freestyle, but thats about it
all of them and the one I play the most are good kid & sing about me. gkmc is probably one of my most played albums of the last 5 years (amongst s80, mbdtf & how i got over)

replay value is extremely subjective, we don't like the same thing.

illmatic & RD, grodt don't have replay value at all for me but you don't see me bytching about that shyt in public

it's a fukking concept album. Most of the songs are tied together.

bytch Dont Kill My Vibe
Maad City
Good Kid
Money Trees
Art of Peer Pressure
Real
Backstreet Freestyle.

all that shyt is tied together. Yall nikkas is crazy

The fact that those are your favorite songs say a lot about your taste in music. :what:

The impact of DI is something gkmc can never come close to. DI and the Dipset Movement was revolutionary. In fact, Cam and the Dips don't get the credit they deserve for being trend setters in the game. Every a$$hole tries to croon like Max B, everyone got a "movement", swag can be up for debate but I first heard it through the Dips so that too. It's nothin kendrick lamar or this album has done to be spoken of on the level of the almighty Diplomats. :upsetfavre:

backpack is heavy :pachaha:

below the heavens is underground classic or some shyt but it ain't touching GKMC at any level, Food & Liquir mad good, but preachy as fukk
I don't fukk with Blu or BTH like that but from what I remember it was just a good as GKMC.

If anything I'd say it was pretty close. And GKMC is more preachy than both albums

I'd have to disagree. Drake IS pop culture right now. It's actually less cool to say that Kendrick is better. You should see it. People be like "Drake don't have a bad verse, all his shyt is elite"

I dont think that Drake has a better catalog than Kendrick. This coming from an OG Drake stan.

Overly Dedicated + Section 80 + GKMC > Comeback Season + So Far Gone + Thank Me Later + Take Care + Nothing was the Same.

Drake's music just doesn't last. It got so repetitive after a while. Everytime I hear a Drake song nowadays, I feel like I've heard it before.
Nah son, it's like you trained yourself to think like that because of how popular Drake is. All his shyts sound different.

Nah. I fukked with Drake from 07 to 2011. I know what I'm talking about. I dont know if it's the production or what. But all that shyt sounds the same. He's predictable.

Even beforre I heard 0 to 100. I was like. Okay, repetitive hook, nikka rhymin with nikka, and then its gonna switch up to a soft mellow beat halfway through the song.

Something, The Real Her, Doing It Wrong, A Night Off, Fall For Your Type, I get Lonely, Shot For Me, Marvins Room, Hate Sleeping Alone, Trust issues, are all the same shyt. I been fukking with him, I know when the quality goes down. I was bumpin him before he got popular breh.

The documentary is one of the best albums ever. The fact that its almost 10 years old again like somebody in here mentioned and it still gets major play from me and others says it all. I haven't listened to a GKMC song all of this year

i'd rather listen to a impact-less high quality album than an influential weedplate
