Damn this game looks so good at 60FPS

Yeah looks like a big budget CGI movie

but it’s either this or Ghost of Tsushima and maybe red dead 2 as a underdog. LOU2 is living on the hype of the first. Great game but a lot of parts of it were a drag to get through. I never felt that with the other 3. When I finished them I wanted more. The first one with the second one engine would be god level.

Yeah, I was outright shocked how great this game was. It should be the blueprint for how you revitalize and upgrade a franchsise on newer technology because outside of time restraints limiting boss variation this felt truly like a next step in the series rather than a new lick of paint.

Damn this game is pretty dope. I’m at the part where I reached the light in Alfheim and have to run through all those dark elves at once. Glad I gave it another chance but now I have to go and play God of War 1-3 after this.

Just don’t expect the same kind of gameplay or storytelling. The trilogy is a lot different, it’s fun in it’s own way, it more like the classic action games like legacy of kain with QuickTime kills

The finishers are what originally defined the series for me. It’s crazy how common they are now in games

Combat felt off...lacked the nuance of the From Soft games. Didn't really like exploring the world either...felt awkward.

Still a good game but these prestige games just never really hit the mark for me.

all those valkyries are the same shyt, then you got that troll type boss, and the dragon, type, that's it, shyt is recycled over and over again

The best set piece in the entire game was the beginning fight with the stranger, that's highlight of the whole game lmao, which is why that's most thing see that's associated with game
