Howard is one of the most exclusive hbcus, so you're grades and intangibles gotta be nice unless you're white and trying to get in on that minority scholarship lol. Still give it a try though
Tuition and maybe room and board included is like 30k a year or something absurd. DC is also one of the most expensive cities in the country, but its fun as hell - definitely liked staying in the district.
Like all things college though it depends on what you want to study. Howard is primarily oriented towards the buisness and political science/law sorta thing, with emphasis on their grad programs (since they are in DC). May not be worth going in debt to live in a cool city for a few years while studying something that the school doesn't prioritize or have a reputation for
