Is it a general consensus that Purple Haze is Cam'ron's best album?

I was a big Cam fan back then so I remember the exact climate when purple haze dropped...nikkas had BEEN waiting for it for years and I remember when it first dropped on the intro he says previously recorded in 2001..I remember at first I wasnt feeling it like diplomatic immunity or come home with me but it grew on me over time...when its all said and done its up there cant lie but at the time impact wise id say Come Home With Me was his best...I see now how Jayz sabotaged cam album by delaying his release..he really was threatened by cam and did some bytch shyt to keep him from "taking over the Roc"

If it don't apply let it fly

But typically, PH is the hipster Cac favorite. It's for the nikkas that love Cam in an ironic way, and that are usually nerdy white suburbanites, that are fascinated with street shyt but with a more palatable style that Cam provided at this point of his career.

And PH is FIRE to me. But I know when the change in his audience came. It was during this era.
Honestly, I know exactly where you're coming from with this.

Madvillainy and Dangerdoom are excellent albums but that's exactly when cacs started getting hip to Doom.

I tried to defend Dangerdoom from this very argument but I knew the truth :francis:

It's Purple Haze for me. The beats & rappin' style came together for max entertainment & enjoyment. Cam may have been more lyrical on previous projects, but definitely not as entertaining.
