Is it a myth that side pieces believe they can become the main?

I keep hearing the scenario, from time to time, that women will entertain being the side piece in hopes of knocking off the main..

Besides that being stupid, I have a bigger issue.. Why would a man take a woman seriously who seen him cheat on his main? Thats really stupid.

I’d say it’s not a myth based off the following which tends to happen more often than not.

But where a lotta nikkas get hemmed up is they be treating the “side chick” like it’s a relationship. Pillow talking. Comms outside of setting up logistics. Going out to places. Venting about life. fukking multiple times a week.

You can’t do all that for weeks/months then look at a chick like when she catch feels. Behavior don’t be matching the words you saying.

If you gon side piece it then slide on it once a week MAX and no comms outside of setting up logistics. No texting outside of “where we meeting and what time”

Women are competitive, they see what another woman has and wanna see what's good so they might wanna become the main or at least have that same access. Not all women are super messy of course, there's always generalizations thrown around in these threads.

People leave the main for the side all the time. Either willingly or cause they got caught and the main bushed them.
I can think of so many situations I know about where the current wife of 20 yrs was originally the side. It's way more common than OP thinks


Personally I never questioned why a woman was cheating with me, it's obvious she liked something about me that her man was lacking. If you secure about yourself you probably think it won't happen to you since you fulfill whatever the last man lacked. Same for side chicks, plus dudes typically dirty mack their main to brainwash the side that she so horrible she deserves to be cheated on which further makes the side think it's unique situation that won't apply to her

I honestly didnt have some rule about not making a sidechick a main,just because I could "get the milk for free". The only time I wouldnt is if she was just such an incredible sidechick I didnt want to ruin the dynamic.

There was a time I had a chick hating on and competing with a girl I hadnt been with for at least a year or two. I had made one or two other girls the new main during that stretch.


Its like coaching,you have to understand you dont wanna try to make a Lou Williams or Robert Horry into a star. Too many minutes could comprimise her game and expose her.
