Plus it's like whenever there's two prominent young rappers on the scene this same shallow comparison comes up. The popular one is Jay and the lyrical one is Nas (as if popular and lyrical are mutually exclusive ). It was J. Cole and Drake like a year or two ago. Wayne and Lupe before that.
