Yeah it was a big debate on twitter about this people from Chicago, Detroit,St. Louis Memphis,Alabama and Mississippi cook cat fish and spaghetti but other people was likeNaw I was saying black ppl make the best bolognese but I thought u was from Iowa or something. I was honestly shocked when people said they never seen this because on both sides of my family this is a staple meal I thought this was a black American meal

Ground beef meatballs seared on the stove then slow cooked in the sauce. Tender as can be.Personally, I like bakedcasserole with fried chicken wings.

I had it for the first time in my life by accident 3 months ago and it was the most disgusting spaghetti I ever had. I couldn’t finish it.Breh you gotta add sugar to balance out the tomato sauce. Not a lot but just enough.
