If you work a night shift job yeah.
Is it normal for a human to sleep in until noon every day?

11pm to 6am sleep is all you need
Only you know the answer to that depending on your schedule. I work from home and have a lotta freedom in my schedule so I can sleep in. My man has to be on the job at 7:00am, so he can’t.
However what I’ve found personally is that although waking up sucks a lotta butt, I’m actually more energetic and active in the mornings. I write better too. If I sleep past 9am, I’m useless.
Sleeping in too late can also be tied to depression. Lack of purpose, drive, ambition…kinda goes with the “what do I have to wake up for today” mentality. Same for people who don’t leave the house…ever…and live in disarray. If checking a lotta of this stuff off the list, you might wanna re-evaluate that stuff. Add consuming lots of recreational drugs or alcohol to that as well.
Otherwise, you could just have a gig that keeps u up late so you sleep in. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
