Lol @ you saying you get fiber then posting this diet...yea, you need to eat better and more regularly. You need balanced meals. Breakfast don't mean a big ass stack of pancakes and sausage, drink a plant based protein shake with 4-8g of fiber, if you got time add some frozen berries and spinach to it and throw it in the blender and you're golden. 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a 5-6oz plain greek yogurt and a piece of fruit. One slice sprouted bread with 2tbs peanut butter and an apple...get it together breh. And drink more water1. Probably not. I don't really keep track of how much water I drink but nowhere near that much. I also tend to drink several cups of coffee a day and alcohol on weekends so there might be some dehydration.
2. During the week I don't eat breakfast at all (no appetite in the morning) and usually have a small lunch (like a bag of chips or something). Then I get home and hulk smash the fridge. Weekends are kind of random.
3. Nah, I'm 8-5. I just don't like eating much for breakfast/lunch because I get mad drowsy around 3pm if I do. I'll literally be nodding off at my desk if I eat much for lunch.

If you eat a healthy diet and are efficiently digesting your food, moving an old meal out about an hour after eating a new meal is very healthy. Now if you're a 6 small meals a day person, no, this shouldn't be happening 6 times. But Americans eat poorly and don't move enough, which is why once a day has become the generally stated minimum. 1-3 times a day is normal/fine. More than 4 times a day - that might be worriesome.
