1-2 times a day is healthy.

You need more fruits, veggies, and high fiber carbs. Also try eating less meat and dairy (if you eat those). Get some fiber supplements - a combination of soluble and insoluble or just insoluble. Chia seeds are also good.


Other things to try
Dulcosate
Aloe Vera juice - 2oz in the morning and 2 at night, or aloe Vera pills
Senna or cascara sagrada
Apple cider vinegar
Drink more water
Walk 2-4 miles a day or do more (high intensity) cardio

I need to poop more often...my shyts be too big and I have to break em up before I can flush...I gotta keep a stick or something in the bathroom ot break em up...

1. Probably not. I don't really keep track of how much water I drink but nowhere near that much. I also tend to drink several cups of coffee a day and alcohol on weekends so there might be some dehydration.
2. During the week I don't eat breakfast at all (no appetite in the morning) and usually have a small lunch (like a bag of chips or something). Then I get home and hulk smash the fridge. Weekends are kind of random.
3. Nah, I'm 8-5. I just don't like eating much for breakfast/lunch because I get mad drowsy around 3pm if I do. I'll literally be nodding off at my desk if I eat much for lunch.

Lol @ you saying you get fiber then posting this diet...yea, you need to eat better and more regularly. You need balanced meals. Breakfast don't mean a big ass stack of pancakes and sausage, drink a plant based protein shake with 4-8g of fiber, if you got time add some frozen berries and spinach to it and throw it in the blender and you're golden. 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a 5-6oz plain greek yogurt and a piece of fruit. One slice sprouted bread with 2tbs peanut butter and an apple...get it together breh. And drink more water

Irregularity can cause all sorts of more serious disease from colon cancer, to crohns to ibd, intestinal blockages, etc

Your fecal matter probably smells like decomp. You should be expelling your waste daily if possible. Lay off the sodas, 10% juices and fried foods and drink more water, eat more green vegetables and fiber.

Even if it's positive, shytting after each meal is on the extreme end of the spectrum and not normal.
It's is actually very normal, once per day is the minimum. If you eat a healthy diet and are efficiently digesting your food, moving an old meal out about an hour after eating a new meal is very healthy. Now if you're a 6 small meals a day person, no, this shouldn't be happening 6 times. But morning, afternoon, and night is fine

Good for y'all but once again multiple shyts a day doesn't qualify as "normal". The average human isn't shytting 3 times a day.

It is normal. No doctor would question anyone who goes 3 times a day - that's an optimal system. But Americans eat poorly and don't move enough, which is why once a day has become the generally stated minimum. 1-3 times a day is normal/fine. More than 4 times a day - that might be worriesome. And consistently less than once a day is an issue.
