As long as there are fools to convince to hand over their money, there will be grifters there seeking to take it. Dr. Umar may fall, but another grifter will rise to take his place. The only solution to the problem is for people to actually grow up emotionally and mentally, learning to easily spot a grift instead of falling for the emotional string pulls. Since that has not happened in the 300k years of Homo Sapien existence on this planet, it will probably not happen in many lifetimes after we are gone (if mankind lasts that long).
