Happened to me when I was 20. I had my Saturday morning all planned out. Had a fresh box of Capn Crunch with Crunch Beeries. Had a gallon of milk. Was going to chill and watch cartoons on some old school shyt.

After the 1st bowl my stomach was on some:unsure: shyt. Ate the second bowl and I was on the commode :hhh:

Tried to eat another bowl a lil later and got hit with the bubble guts immediately :hhh:

Now I stick to Almond Milk :francis:

From what I understand, lactose intolerance is biologically normal (had to do a report on it in college). Your body digests milk just fine as you're younger because you need it to grow, but as you age your body kinda flips a switch and starts rejecting it. The "abnormal" version of the gene is where your body doesn't do that and you can digest milk all throughout your life with no issues.

I started noticing it really bad around college age (19/20); would get some cereal or ice cream at the cafeteria, 15 minutes later I'm on the couch of my dorm in a fetal position. :mjcry:

Up to 75 percent of the world’s population has some form of lactose intolerance. What does that tell you?

“UP to 75%”...not 100% right? So why would you say definitively state that everyone developes an intolerance. You don’t even know how they came up with that number to be talking like an expert on the topic.

Idk why people do this. If you don’t mess with it cool but sayin dumb shyt and spreading misinformation...

yep

The fact that we're the only species on the planet that constantly eats milk from other animals our entire lives means we ain't watching.

Hell, asians are born that way.

It’s not only normal but it’s usually how lactose intolerance develops, to put it simply, the enzyme that digests milk(lactase) decreases as you age. It’s pretty normal for African Americans to become lactose intolerant.

Unfortunately yeah. I was able to drink whole milk with no problem until like year and a half ago. Had a vanilla bean coolata from DD one night, and it jacked my stomach up. I made the switch to almond milk, and I've been fine ever since.

Technically, you're supposed to become lactose intolerant as you get older. We weren't meant to consume dairy as adults. The reason why adults drink milk is because white people in Europe didn't get enough vitamins from the sun since it's always cloudy, so they drank milk to compensate for that loss in vitamins.

We're not suppose to be drinking milk and eating dairy after we're beyong breastfeeding age.
