Is it the consensus of heads tha the GOAT producer in rap is between Primo and Ye?

The only consensus GOAT as far as it goes is Dre.
To clarify I dont really think Dre is the Goat like that, I personally think probably DJ Quik is better for that particular style in fact. However 'consensus' has a specific meaning, and by that definition its got to be Dre.
Dre is the most universally accepted 'all time great' hip hop producer when you sample opinions over the last 25 years across all geographic regions and all sub genres...

Are we talking about beatmaking or producing? I think Ye and definitely Dre are better producers than Premo. Premo has made some of the greatest beats of all time though.
