RZA can use sounds in his beats that no one else at the time and probably to this day can utilize, and he has all types of different rhythms that he uses along with authentic instrumentation when need be. However, RZA (and premo for that matter) haven't aged well as producers in more recent days. Dre gets the nod in that aspect.
